This role involves attracting, identifying, and hiring top talent across various industries through multiple channels. The ideal candidate will source candidates via job boards, social media, and networking events, and assess them for alignment with the client's hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sourcing and attracting qualified candidates through various platforms
  • Conducting initial screening and interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit
  • Managing candidate databases and tracking key recruitment metrics to ensure efficient hiring processes
  • Collaborating with HR and hiring managers to define job requirements and staffing needs
  • Assisting with job advertising, ensuring that posts are targeted to the right audience
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple candidates and roles simultaneously
  • Detail-oriented, with the ability to maintain accurate records and follow up on all recruitment activities
  • Familiarity with ATS tools is preferred
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; training will be provided
