Job Description

The role of the Digital Growth Specialist is a remote position within our Marketing team.

With a focus on paid acquisition channels, you will be well-versed in the paid media landscape, having had recent hands-on experience managing, optimising, and reporting on campaigns.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for marketing and a commitment to helping us grow our marketing reach and customer base.

We're looking for a skilled Digital Growth Specialist to drive growth through paid acquisition channels, including Facebook, Google, Tik Tok, and other platforms.

You'll work closely with designers to develop ad content plans, based on data analysis and user portraits for overseas users.

Responsibilities include:

  • Purchasing ads for our app through Facebook, Google, Tik Tok, and other paid channels
  • Independently completing work such as creating accounts in related platforms, analysing targeted users, optimising ads contents, improving overall ROI, etc.
  • Working closely with designers to develop ad content plans, based on data analysis and user portraits for overseas users
  • Communicating closely with marketing and other teams to contribute towards formulating and independently executing proper digital growth strategies
  • Keeping track on latest industry trends, keeping a close eye on competitors
