Customer Service Associate Role

Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join our customer service team as a Customer Service Associate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly resolving complaints and responding to inquiries about product information.
  • Manage customer orders including cancellations, refunds, and replacements.
  • Ensure timely responses and resolution of customer issues in accordance with our Customer Care Service Level Agreement (SLA).
  • Handle customer escalations with professionalism and problem-solving skills.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in relevant systems.
