We're looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Virtual Customer Service Representatives. Assist customers via phone, email, or chat, providing prompt and professional responses to inquiries.

Maintain accurate customer records and follow up to ensure satisfaction.

Work within a virtual team environment, collaborating with colleagues to meet service goals.
