Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Engineering/Architecture Virtual Assistant to join our team at Interlink Global Talent. As a vital member of our engineering and architecture team, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative and technical support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project documentation, including organizing and maintaining project files, drawings, and specifications.
  • Coordinate communication and scheduling between clients, team members, and stakeholders.
  • Conduct research and gather relevant data to support ongoing projects and proposals.
  • Provide technical support by understanding and interpreting architectural and engineering plans and drawings.
  • Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and other materials for meetings and client interactions.
  • Help in organizing and facilitating virtual meetings, including setting up virtual conference rooms and managing technical aspects.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as managing emails, drafting correspondence, and maintaining databases.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure adherence to project timelines and milestones.
  • Assist in the procurement process by coordinating with vendors and suppliers for project materials and resources.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to provide valuable insights to the team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a virtual assistant or in an administrative role within the engineering/architecture industry.
  • Solid understanding of engineering and architecture terminology, processes, and documentation.
  • Proficiency in using project management and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant software.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with an ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical information clearly and concisely.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality in all tasks.
  • Proactive attitude and the ability to work independently in a virtual environment.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with virtual communication platforms and video conferencing tools.
