This role involves contacting submitted leads to confirm their interest, forwarding qualified inquiries to the appropriate retailer, accurately updating and categorizing leads in the system, securely working with customers' sensitive information, and applying the latest customer happiness practices. As a Lead Verification Support Agent, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Contacting submitted leads to confirm their interest
  • Forwarding qualified inquiries to the appropriate retailer
  • Accurately updating and categorizing leads in the system
  • Securely working with customers' sensitive information
  • Applying the latest customer happiness practices

Requirements:

Skills and Qualifications
  • Fluent German and English (C1 written and spoken for both languages)
  • Previous experience in Customer Service or Marketing
  • Hands-on experience communicating with and following up on leads
  • Attentive to details
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills
  • Positive and responsible attitude
  • Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)
