Client Acquisitions Specialist

The role entails proactively identifying potential clients, making outbound calls to book appointments for the sales team, and maintaining CRM data.

The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in lead generation, appointment setting, or telesales, with strong communication skills and organizational abilities.

Apart from having a creative mindset and willingness to try new approaches, the successful candidate will also be proactive, self-driven, and possess strong work ethics.

The selected professional will be hired directly by the client as an independent contractor and will work on a full-time basis (8 hours per day).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify leads (hot, warm, cold)
  • Source and categorize leads using tools like Google Maps
  • Maintain and update the database, including follow-up reminders and contact details
  • Book appointments for the sales team through outbound calls
  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager to ensure alignment and track progress
  • Support email marketing campaigns by entering leads and tracking responses
  • Conduct bulk email marketing regularly

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in lead generation, appointment setting, or telesales
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and stay self-motivated
  • Experience with CRM systems and marketing tools is preferred
  • Proactive, self-driven, and strong work ethics
