We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Property Acquisition Specialist to join our team.

As a key player in our property acquisition process, you will be responsible for identifying and securing potential property deals through strategic outreach efforts.

Your primary objective will be to establish relationships with property owners and utilize your persuasive communication skills to uncover opportunities in the real estate market.

You will be expected to:

  • Engage in outbound calls to property owners from provided lead lists to explore potential interest in selling their properties.
  • Conduct thorough research on recent property sales in target areas to gather pricing data and identify comparable listings.
  • Identify potential sellers who may be interested in cash offers and gauge their level of interest.
  • Maintain accurate records of all call outcomes and potential leads to inform future outreach efforts.
  • Send contracts to interested property owners who have expressed willingness to sell.
  • Meet daily calling metrics and performance indicators as established by our team.
  • Generate qualified leads for property acquisitions that meet our investment criteria.

In order to succeed in this role, you will need to possess:

  • Prior experience in cold calling or telemarketing, although it is not a requirement.
  • Strong English communication skills, including verbal and written abilities.
  • The ability to handle rejection professionally and maintain a positive attitude.
  • A basic understanding of real estate terminology and concepts.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and phone software to manage leads and track interactions.
  • A reliable internet connection and quiet work environment to ensure seamless communication with clients.
  • A professional phone manner and a positive attitude to build rapport with property owners.
