Job Title: Talent Acquisition Professional

We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting full-cycle recruitment, sourcing high-quality candidates across various industries and roles.

The Role:

This position is perfect for individuals with experience in talent sourcing and hiring. You will work closely with the Talent Acquisition Team to match top talent with clients' needs.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, social media, and online platforms
  • Conducting interviews, screenings, and onboarding processes to ensure accurate candidate matching
  • Managing initial candidate processing, verifying references, and sending offer letters
  • Updating the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with the latest information regarding candidates, their progress, and talent pipelines
  • Collaborating with the Sourcing Team and Talent Acquisition Partners to diversify sourcing strategies and increase high-volume hiring
  • Communicating effectively with stakeholders regarding recruiting progress and candidate placement

Requirements:

  • Experience in full-cycle recruitment, talent sourcing, and hiring
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven track record of sourcing high-quality candidates using data-driven approaches
  • Experience working with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
  • Strong calendar management skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills
  • Critical thinking, analytical mindset, and ability to set goals and develop actionable plans
