Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join our team as an Inside Sales professional. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, building sustainable relationships, and providing solutions to customers' needs.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle customer enquiries, both existing and new.
  • Attend customer emails, phone calls, and provide solutions.
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions.
  • Create customer data in the system, keep records of customer interactions, and documents.
  • Tele calling to customers, follow up business (25 calls per week).
  • Sales calls to customer offices (if required and with Reporting Manager approval).
  • Prepare proposal quotes for FCL, LCL, Domestic & Air opportunities, in consultation with Reporting Manager/Product Head.
  • Co-ordinate with Operation and Accounting department towards manifest, BL release, import endorsement, D.O releasing and carrier payments.
  • Handle tracking of cargoes, delivery of billings and documents and any customer-related issues, when needed.
  • Submit shipment monitoring report to customer, share shipment daily update and meet customer requirements towards shipment handling.
  • Share sales leads and do follow-up.
  • All business-related issues/challenges/lapses should be immediately escalated to Reporting Manager/Product Head/Management.
  • Attend weekly sales review calls, providing sales and market update to Reporting Manager/Management.
