**Job Description:**

  • Process travel bookings and transactions on proprietary systems
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email and web messages
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and provide specialist advice
  • Prioritize tasks across multiple queues and systems to meet deadlines

**Requirements:**

  • 2 years of experience in the travel industry or related field
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)
  • Numerical skills with experience using spreadsheets and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Able to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment

**Salary:** PHP 35,000 - 45,000 per month (depending on experience)

**Working Hours:** Rotational shift based on UK market (Standard shift: 4pm to 1am PHST)
