Suy Sing Commercial Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Sales Development Specialist to join our team.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement comprehensive sales development programs for internal customers from the Sales Department.
- Facilitate various trainings for external customers, ensuring smooth onboarding and deployment of new hires.
Internal Customers:
- Conduct interviews with applicants for entry-level positions, assessing their skills and qualifications.
- Coordinate the reservation and allocation of training resources, guaranteeing seamless integration of new hires into the organization.
- Assist in creating engaging activities and training materials, including workbooks, manuals, and visuals, to enhance knowledge retention.
- Remain informed about all processes and policies, providing up-to-date information to trainees.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of the sales development program, identifying areas for improvement.
- Administer and implement basic training and development programs for new hires, ensuring excellent performance.
- Prepare timely progress reports of trainees, providing constructive feedback and endorsement to team managers.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure requirements are met and support is provided as needed.
- Assist in resolving concerns faced by new hires objectively, providing recommendations to address issues related to onboarding, development, deployment, and other areas.
- Coach, mentor, and conduct one-on-one discussions with new hires regarding work ethics, productivity, and Key Result Areas (KRAs).
- Conduct selected refresher training to existing Sales members as needed.
External Customers:
- Invite and secure attendance of customers in attending training sessions.
- Arrange pre-requisites and implement training sessions efficiently.
- Assist in executing the sales development program, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Co-facilitate training sessions, working collaboratively with other training group members.
- Work with other training group members in conducting follow-through sessions.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, any field.
- Preferably with at least 2 years of work experience in Training/Learning and Development, and customer service.
- New graduates are welcome to apply.
- Willing to travel to different office locations.
- Person must have a proactive, enthusiastic, and innovative approach to work.
- Goal-driven and results-oriented.
- Must be willing to work during Saturday.
- Work location: Binondo, Manila.
