Job Title

Seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional to join our team as an order processor in the custom apparel division.

This is a remote position with flexible scheduling options, requiring 20 hours of work per week during client business hours. Our clients operate in Australian Western Time (Perth).

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in Xero accounting software and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities:
  • Process repeat orders for existing clients using Xero and supplier websites, ensuring timely delivery and accurate invoicing.
  • Calculate pricing based on established markup matrices and order quantities, providing clear quotes and order specifications to clients.
  • Liaise with graphic design teams for mockups and visual presentations, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective communication.
  • Coordinate order placement with suppliers through online portals, managing documentation and tracking progress.
  • Manage order documentation through Google Docs systems, creating and sending invoices to clients efficiently.
  • Recommend embellishment techniques suitable for clients' needs, taking into account their specific requirements.
  • Track and process orders through internal systems for embroidery and screen printing departments, maintaining accurate records and communicating with office teams via video links.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of administrative or customer service experience, demonstrating attention to detail and ability to follow established processes.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, enabling effective interaction with clients and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in Xero accounting software and Google Workspace, particularly Google Docs, to manage orders and documents efficiently.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining clear communication with the team, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Basic understanding of pricing and markup calculations, ensuring accurate quoting and invoicing.
