Job Description

A transformative Automation and Process Professional is sought to revolutionize operational effectiveness by simplifying complex systems, reducing handoffs, and eliminating waste. The ideal candidate will be a key contributor to the service experience transformation, owning specific business problems within the service journey and driving process redesign supported by targeted automation and AI applications.

The Automation and Process Specialist will identify opportunities for entirely new processes or fundamental shifts in existing ones, drive 0-1 initiatives rather than incremental gains, and design future-state workflows that combine policy, process, and automation to achieve breakthrough results.

This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to gather insights and validate opportunities for radical improvement, ensuring solution designs represent a fundamental shift and are aligned with business intent.

The Automation and Process Specialist will also support prompt design, decision tree logic, and automation flows when needed, track and interpret performance metrics to evaluate the success of new initiatives, and document frameworks, playbooks, and best practices for repeatable improvement and cross-team alignment.
