Project Coordinator for Construction

We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to support the growth of our construction projects.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of construction processes, excellent organizational and communication skills, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

This role will play a vital part in ensuring that multiple projects are progressing smoothly, and the selected candidate will serve as the primary liaison between various project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and monitor project filings, permits, and approval processes
  • Maintain accurate project timelines and ensure documentation is up-to-date
  • Act as the main point of contact for various project stakeholders
  • Anticipate potential project delays and proactively address them
  • Track progress of multiple projects simultaneously and report regularly
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction industry
  • Strong understanding of construction terminology and processes
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Excellent communication and follow-up skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage timelines independently
