Project Coordinator Role

The Project Coordinator is a key position responsible for ensuring the seamless delivery of client projects. The individual in this role will provide essential support to our Client Success Managers (CSMs) by maintaining project workflows, translating briefs into actionable tasks, and supporting communication and tracking progress across multiple touchpoints.

This role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for process and communication excellence. The successful candidate will be able to work closely with onshore Client Success Managers, align on project goals, timelines, and task prioritization, and serve as a liaison between internal teams and client-facing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Client Success Managers to ensure project goals are met
  • Translate technical briefs into actionable tasks
  • Support communication and tracking progress across multiple touchpoints
  • Manage projects in project management tools such as Wrike or Teamwork
  • Monitor task progress against SLAs and flag issues or delays proactively

Requirements:

  • Strong collaboration and interpersonal communication skills
  • Proficient in project management tools such as Wrike or Teamwork
  • Understanding of agile principles, sprint planning, and burn down charts
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
  • Ability to write and communicate clearly in English for both internal and client-facing contexts
