Business Insights Specialist

The primary objective of this role is to collect, process and analyze sales data across various channels. This will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to develop actionable insights that drive business growth.
Qualifications- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar profile.
- Excellent analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; knowledge of Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio) is desirable.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and the F&B industry's data points, including sales trends, inventory management, and supply chain logistics.
- High attention to detail, strong organizational and documentation skills, and adaptability are essential.
- Collect, clean, and analyze data from sales, inventory, supply chain, production, and customer feedback.
- Develop and maintain regular dashboards and reports highlighting key trends such as sales performance, inventory turnover, demand forecasting, and cost control.
- Support margin analysis and pricing reviews to optimize profitability.
- Monitor product performance across retail, wholesale, and distribution channels.
- Analyze supply chain data to identify bottlenecks and implement efficiency improvements.
- Assist in developing data-driven strategies for product development, promotions, and distribution.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, suppliers, and distribution activities.
- Support compliance and quality control processes.
