You will perform a high volume of outbound sales calls to customers to interact with them and identify their needs or issues.
You will leverage your expertise and knowledge in the health or medical field to educate customers, build trust, and effectively communicate the benefits and value of our products.
You will clarify information and provide recommendations and solutions to customers via telephone calls.
You will build positive work relationships with customers to enhance the image and public perception of a company.
You will strive to improve customer satisfaction through excellent customer service.
You will place outbound calls to customers to promote new products and services.
You will complete call notes and call reports as necessary and update them in the database.
You will obtain and evaluate all relevant data to handle complaints and inquiries.
You will keep a high level of knowledge about existing products and services.
You should have previous experience in B2C Sales, including managing outbound and cold call functions.
Medical or healthcare industry experience is a plus, enhancing your ability to engage effectively in this position.
You should have strong phone presence with exemplary customer service and sales skills.
You should have excellent communication skills with active listening.
You should have customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.
You should have strong problem-solving and excellent interpersonal skills.
You should be able to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively.
You should be able to handle stressful situations appropriately.
You should have excellent written and verbal English language skills.
You should be proficient in relevant computer applications.
Base Salary: $500-$700 per month, plus commission based on performance, with potential earnings of $1300+ per month.
