We are seeking a Pricing Specialist to join our global expansion team. This role will play a key part in supporting the international operations of our clients, focusing on delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Job Summary

This is a remote opportunity that offers the chance to work closely with various stakeholders across Sales Leadership, Deal Leads, Partner Management, Solution Architects, and Service Delivery.

The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for helping others succeed and a desire to work in a dynamic environment that is constantly evolving.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop accurate client pricing templates for non-standard deals, working collaboratively with internal stakeholders to ensure completeness.
  • Maintain internal client-facing pricing bases, ensuring prices are up-to-date and requests are complete within the required scope and compliance guidelines.
  • Manage the queue of pricing requests using salesforce, allocating work with colleagues and contributing to process improvements.
  • Participate as a team player, ensuring pricing tools reflect any changes to improve user experience.
  • Contribute to implementing a new pricing technology platform as part of a project team.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of professional pricing experience, including some experience in international expansion.
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Comfortable working under tight deadlines.
  • Experience as a paralegal within the International Expansion industry is preferred.
  • Experience in CRM and quote technology is also preferred.
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
  • Excellent Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
  • Able to work effectively across functions with experts from Sales and Operations.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple deadlines.
  • Dependable, proactive, and able to listen and collaborate effectively across the team and organization.
  • Effective communication with senior personnel, both internally and externally.
  • Motivated, detail-oriented, and able to execute tasks efficiently, establish priorities, and meet swift deadlines in a rapidly changing environment.
