Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Front Office Associate to join our team at Marivent Hotels and Resorts Inc.
About the Job
The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Key Tasks
- Manage front desk operations, ensuring accurate and efficient check-in and check-out processes for guests.
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives and provide high-quality guest experiences.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
Qualifications and Skills
- Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management is an asset; graduates with a bachelor's degree and/or diploma in hotel or related field preferred.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and leadership skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Solid interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work on a shifting schedule.
- Competency with Microsoft Office.
- Ability to adapt to changing situations in a calm and professional manner.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Previous hospitality experience advantageous.
