Job Title:

Accounts Officer (Contract)

The role of the Accounts Officer is to provide daily finance operations support during an ERP platform migration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support daily finance operations and maintain invoicing, reconciliations, and payment processes up to date.
  • Work collaboratively with a third-party outsourcing partner managing finance functions.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external customers through written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Provide data entry and reconciliation support with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience working with Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central in an accounts role.
  • Strong understanding of core accounting processes including invoicing, credit notes, bank reconciliations, and payments.
  • Intermediate accounting knowledge and ability to work autonomously.
  • Effective communication skills for liaising with internal teams and external customers.
