Client Success Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Success Specialist to support our largest enterprise account.

This role is responsible for managing daily communications, participating in client-facing meetings, and ensuring expectations are met as a subject matter expert on client standards and guidelines.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily communications for our largest client, responding quickly to requests, questions, and needs.
  • Participate in client-facing meetings with the Client Success Manager.
  • Review and monitor account data and performance.
  • Ensure expectations are met as a subject matter expert on client standards and guidelines.
  • Identify order issues and lead timely corrections per client specifications.
  • Drive corrective actions for enterprise clients and provide proactive account support across multiple clients.
  • Manage client interactions and track updates using HubSpot.
  • Capture feedback and communicate requests to cross-departmental stakeholders.
  • Advocate for process improvements and streamlined workflows.
