Motion Graphics Specialist

We are seeking a skilled motion graphics specialist to fill a full-time remote position. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in motion design, proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop), and a strong understanding of design principles (composition, color theory, typography).

This role involves creating dynamic motion graphics, including titles, supers, explainer animations, and social content. The successful candidate will be responsible for translating storyboards and creative direction into engaging and effective motion graphics.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and developing motion graphics for various projects
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency with brand guidelines
  • Working on pre-created assets to add motion and animation
  • Enhancing videos with sound design, background audio, and integrated visual effects

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of motion design experience
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop)
  • Strong understanding of design principles (composition, color theory, typography)
  • Ability to work with keyframes, null objects, After Effects scripting, compositing, and 3D space
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to take feedback
