Unlock a challenging opportunity to lead the migration of our existing SaaS marketing website to HubSpot CMS.

This project-based role has the potential to extend into additional work across other HubSpot hubs, including Marketing, Sales, and Service Hub.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Migrate our entire marketing website (approximately 15 pages) to HubSpot CMS, ensuring clean code, responsive design, and optimized performance.
  • Implement SEO best practices during migration, encompassing meta tags, alt text, structured data optimization, on-page content formatting, keyword preservation, sitemap submission, and robots.txt configuration.
  • Configure and monitor key SEO tools within HubSpot CMS, identifying areas for improvement and providing actionable insights.
  • Rebuild site architecture, content, and forms within HubSpot while enhancing UX/UI where necessary.
  • Establish seamless integration between CRM features and automation across the platform, ensuring smooth data flow and usability.
  • Provide recommendations and documentation on scalable structure and future maintenance.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience migrating websites to HubSpot CMS.
  • Strong understanding of HubSpot's Marketing, Sales, and Service Hub Pro tools.
  • Familiarity with support migrations from Freshdesk or similar platforms.
  • Expertise in front-end development (HTML, CSS, HubL) and UX best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to translate requirements into actionable results.
  • Bonus: experience working with SaaS companies or startups.
