Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to join our team as a Software Testing Specialist. As a key member of our development organization, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality software products by leveraging your expertise in test automation, Agile methodologies, and continuous integration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and debugging of new and existing features.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define clear and achievable acceptance criteria and contribute to the definition of test plans and strategies.
  • Develop and execute manual and automated tests covering functional and non-functional aspects and integrate AI/ML-based tools to improve test coverage and predict defects.
  • Contribute to the CI/CD pipeline by integrating automation and ensuring test environment stability and analyze test coverage and results to identify gaps and implement improvements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or any related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in end-to-end software application testing using lean Agile practices.
  • Experience in Agile testing, test automation frameworks, test planning, analysis, and design, as well as automated and manual test script development and execution.
  • Familiarity with Agile testing approaches like TDD/BDD and best practices such as exploratory testing and risk-based analysis.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in SAFe and/or Agile Scrum methodologies.
  • Involvement in multi-tiered or complex system development.
  • Familiarity with Git, Azure DevOps, and Visual Studio.
  • Experience with test automation tools and frameworks.
  • Knowledge of AI tools.
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language applied in desktop, mobile, and/or web development projects.
