Drug Testing Specialist

We are seeking a Drug Testing Specialist to conduct drug test procedures for clients with requests. This role will involve verifying the completeness of custody and control forms, executing drug test services using integrated systems, preparing specimens for analysis, interpreting and recording results, and ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulations.

This role reports directly to a Clinic Manager and is responsible for implementing quality assurance programs, communicating with laboratories, and submitting used filters and kits for validation.

An ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills, as well as proficiency in laboratory procedures and equipment. A degree in Medical Technology or Medical Laboratory Science and certification as a Registered Medical Technologist (RMT) are preferred.
