Quality Assurance Engineer

This is a unique opportunity to become an integral part of a dedicated team responsible for delivering high-quality Voice AI solutions. We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer to play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products.

  • Conduct functional, integration, and regression testing of AI-powered voice interactions, including speech recognition, intent understanding, and response accuracy
  • Validate voice agent conversation flows, including ASR, NLU, and TTS performance
  • Prepare and maintain detailed test documentation, including test cases, test reports, and defect logs
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance or Software Testing
  • Basic understanding of ASR, NLU, and TTS technologies
  • Experience writing and executing test cases and preparing QA documentation
