Learning Content Creator

The Learning Content Creator is responsible for crafting engaging and effective learning experiences in collaboration with subject matter experts. This position supports the development of high-quality course content within a regional or global learning delivery hub.

About the Role:
  • Create instructional materials that align with business objectives and meet learner needs
  • Work closely with subject matter experts to identify learning outcomes and target populations

This role involves applying best practices in learning technologies and instructional design to create interactive and immersive learning experiences. The ideal candidate will possess strong visual design skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to write effective instructional text.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Apply best practices in learning technologies and instructional design
  2. Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop learning objectives and assess learner needs
  3. Design and develop instructional materials that meet business requirements and support learner engagement
  4. Maintain project documentation and version control to ensure efficient knowledge transfer

What We're Looking For:
In-depth knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models
Strong visual design skills and proficiency in multimedia formats
Ability to write effective instructional text and communicate complex ideas simply

Education and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in instructional design, educational technology, or related field
  • Certification in instructional design (preferred)
