Key Responsibilities:Ensure all materials comply with training organization guidelines and compliance

Ensure training materials are developed in accordance with and alignment to Ab2 Brand Guidelines. Ensure appropriate writing styles are utilized to ensure content is easy to understand for the target audience. Comply with effectiveness and engagement metrics to ensure programs are meeting learning outcomes and business objectives.

Qualifications / Skills:Bachelor's Degree in Instructional Design, or related field is required.2 years in instructional design, curriculum development, and e-learning. Proficient in e-learning tools (Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate), LMS, SCORM/AICC standards, and multimedia design software (Adobe Creative Suite). Experience in learning principles, instructional design models, and creating storyboards and prototypes.

Exceptional written and verbal communication, collaboration with stakeholders, and conducting needs assessments. Experience in developing multimedia, preferably for learning applications. Graphic DesignCompetence in creating infographics using tools like Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, Canva.

Understanding of how visual aides can simplify complex information. Video Production and EditingExpertise in capturing screen recordings and editing video clips. Ability to add effects such as transitions, lower thirds, overlays, graphics, animation, etc.
