Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced web marketing professional to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about digital marketing and wants to drive performance across paid campaigns, SEO, and data tracking.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Google Ads and Meta Ads, as well as expertise in Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4. They will be responsible for managing and optimizing campaigns to achieve maximum ROI, maintaining proper event tracking with GTM and GA4, and building and maintaining cross-platform Looker Studio dashboards to provide actionable insights.

In addition to these technical skills, the successful candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively.

This role offers a unique combination of autonomy and ownership, requiring the ability to deliver measurable results across paid and organic channels while aligning with product and design teams.

Required Skills
  • Expert experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads (Business Manager).
  • Deep understanding of Google Tag Manager (custom containers, ecommerce tracking).
  • Strong command of Google Analytics 4.
  • Proficient with Looker Studio.
  • Hands-on experience with SEMrush (or similar tools: Ahrefs, Moz, etc.).
  • Able to synthesize data into clear reports and recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and optimize Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns to achieve maximum ROI.
  • Maintain proper event tracking with GTM and GA4, ensuring seamless ecommerce setups.
  • Build and maintain cross-platform Looker Studio dashboards to provide actionable insights.
  • Perform SEO audits and keyword tracking using SEMrush or similar tools to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Monitor organic visibility and propose content/technical improvements to enhance online presence.
  • Run competitive analysis (paid + organic) and report actionable insights to inform strategy.
