We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing paid search campaigns, conducting keyword research, and implementing SEO best practices.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for optimizing paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads) to maximize ROI.
  • They will conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings.
  • Additionally, they will oversee website management, ensuring it is user-friendly, up-to-date, and optimized for search engines.
  • The candidate will administer and maintain WordPress websites, including theme and plugin updates, content management, and troubleshooting.
  • They will monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics and provide actionable insights.
  • Collaboration with the content team is essential to create engaging and SEO-friendly content.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies is also crucial for this role.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is required. 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the fire and life safety industry, is preferred.

A strong background in WordPress site management, including content updates, webpage creation, plugins, and site maintenance, is necessary. Proficiency in using digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEMrush, and WordPress is expected.

Knowledge of both onsite and offsite SEO best practices, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions are key qualifications.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required, as well as strong organizational and project management skills.
