Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled business professional to support our digital marketing efforts. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business needs, analyze data, and develop solutions that drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect and analyze data from digital platforms to track key performance indicators, identify trends, and provide actionable insights for campaign optimization and business growth.
  • Create reports and dashboards that empower marketing and other relevant teams to utilize data and information effectively for informed decision-making, strategic planning, and performance optimization.
  • Effectively communicate with stakeholders, presenting data-driven insights and recommendations to secure buy-in and support for digital marketing projects and initiatives.
  • Analyze digital processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of the organization's overall digital marketing strategy, aligning it with business objectives and market trends. Identify opportunities for growth and innovation within the digital landscape.
Requirements:
  • Experienced professionals with 4+ years of experience in a similar role preferably in the e-commerce, marketing, or technology field.
  • Strong technical skills, able to pick up new software and applications quickly.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, and project management tools.
  • Good knowledge of various reporting and data analysis tools and methodologies.
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills - analytical, innovative, and has a creative mindset.
