Job Opportunity:

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Corporate Accounting Specialist. As part of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional accounting services to clients.

Your primary goal will be to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial information, while also providing top-notch client support and service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process bank feeds: Code transactions from each bank or credit card account according to established processes.
  • Perform bank account reconciliations: Review weekly uncleared transactions, pull account statements, and reconcile accounts as defined by written process.
  • Credit card reconciliations: Reconcile credit cards for assigned clients, dividing charges and coding according to NARPM accounting standards.
  • Monthly financial review: Write emails to clients following up on routine income or expenses not recorded for the current month.
  • Payroll recording: Record payroll transactions for clients, using templates to create journal entries for property due to/from, payroll fees, and corporate payroll.
  • Accounting cleanup: Assist with clean-up and review of revenue coding, payroll, balance sheet accounts, and other items as requested by team members.
Required Skills:
  • Background in Accounting or proven understanding of basic accounting principles.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Good written communication.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented.
