Community Building Specialist Job

This is a unique opportunity to lead and manage online communities that drive engagement and sales for top brands.

We're seeking a skilled Community Building Specialist to build, run, and maintain Discord servers that keep affiliates engaged, supported, and selling.

The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up and configuring servers, recruiting high-potential affiliates, and creating engaging content to drive growth and retention.

This role requires exceptional written English, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up and configure Discord servers, including roles, permissions, and channels
  • Recruit and onboard high-potential affiliates to join our communities
  • Create engaging content, including videos, product updates, and trend reports
  • Host live AMAs (Ask Me Anything) sessions and trainings to educate affiliates
  • Track performance metrics and surface best practices to drive growth and retention
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in community management, social media, or influencer marketing
  • Proven track record of growing and moderating online groups while meeting key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Exceptional written English and strong communication skills
  • Organized, self-directed, and reliable in a remote work environment
