Business Development Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for spearheading the planning, execution, and ongoing optimization of seller-focused marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. This includes leading cross-functional teams to conduct A/B testing, identify top-performing creatives, and continuously improve cost-efficiency and campaign effectiveness.

Responsibilities include collaborating with regional teams to develop and implement a cohesive content plan across all seller touchpoints, ensuring alignment with the platform's brand strategy and supporting key seller objectives.

Additional responsibilities include overseeing external creative agencies to ensure timely production of high-quality marketing assets, aligning agency output with brand and campaign goals, and ensuring accountability to timelines and direction provided.

Qualifications & Skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and present insights clearly
  • Collaborative mindset and strong communication skills, capable of working cross-functionally with diverse teams
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Good to have
  • Experience in digital marketing or a role in a creative agency
  • Knowledge of performance marketing tools (META & Google)
