Job Title

Brand and Marketing Manager

As a seasoned professional, you will oversee the delivery of brand and marketing services to drive business growth.

  • Service Delivery: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless support for stakeholders.
  • Resource Management: Lead the allocation and utilization of resources to maximize capacity management and engagement strategies.
  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process for both external and internal hires, ensuring effective integration into the organization.
  • Skills Training: Identify training needs and facilitate skills development programs to enhance team capabilities and performance.
  • Resource Coordination: Manage resources involved in campaign delivery to achieve desired results.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, conduct regular team meetings, present progress reports, and analyze operational dashboards.

You will utilize your knowledge of project management and marketing tactics to create and maintain project plans for critical multi-channel digital campaigns, including client deliverables, ads, and social media initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in service delivery management, project management, and stakeholder engagement within a complex organizational structure. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with senior leadership and diverse teams, are also essential.
