Customer Service Representative Position

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in e-commerce or retail environments.
  • Strong understanding of order management systems and e-commerce platforms.
