Role Overview:

Job Responsibilities
  • Manage delivery processes for assigned orders to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery.
  • Coordinate with internal and external resources to meet customer requirements and delivery timelines.
  • Communicate regularly with customers, providing clear updates throughout the delivery life cycle.
  • Handle tasks such as ordering Internet Circuits, managing VoIP projects, and overseeing number porting processes.
  • Document dependencies and priorities clearly for efficient project execution.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years experience in telecommunications.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Service Delivery and/or Project Management.
  • Hands-on experience in VoIP, SDWAN Implementation, and Internet Circuit ordering with carriers.
  • Ability to document dependencies and priorities clearly.
  • Proficient in managing third-party resources.
