Project Delivery Lead

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the delivery of projects, ensuring exceptional results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive project delivery, consistently meeting client expectations.
  • Develop and oversee project plans, including scope, estimates, releases, and statements of work.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their strategy, product vision, and success criteria, translating these into actionable roadmaps.
  • Provide expert guidance to project teams, ensuring successful outcomes through facilitation.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients in product ownership and agile delivery management, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
  • Support project planning phases, contributing actionable insights and technical feasibility assessments.

Strategic Contribution:

  • Lead discovery workshops to align client stakeholders and project teams, defining the project roadmap.
  • Contribute to the development and evolution of delivery frameworks and practices, enhancing our project execution methodologies.

Client Engagement and Growth:

  • Provide deep expertise and trusted advice to clients in product ownership and agile delivery management.
  • Build strong relationships with client stakeholders, bridging technical and business domains.
  • Support the identification of new opportunities within existing client accounts, contributing to their long-term success.

Team Leadership and Mentoring:

  • Mentor and coach colleagues, focusing on Agile delivery practices and career development.
  • Play an active role in recruitment and interviews to identify and onboard top talent.
  • Ensure the alignment and performance of project teams, escalating account-level challenges as needed.
  • Be an ambassador for our organization, promoting our values and the practices we use to deliver software successfully.

  • You have a good understanding of agile software development practices and delivery frameworks.
  • You have experience running workshops with multidisciplinary stakeholders.
  • You possess analytical skills to understand problems based on data insights and research.
  • You enjoy collaborating and encouraging project teams to deliver success for the client.
