Financial Analyst Role

This is a dynamic position that requires strong analytical and financial skills to assess client creditworthiness. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of financial modeling, risk assessment, and credit scoring systems.

About the Position
As a Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing financial statements, credit reports, and other relevant data to provide detailed credit analyses and risk assessments for clients. You will also collaborate with sales, legal, and finance teams to structure deals that align with company risk tolerance.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough financial analysis of client data, including credit reports and financial statements.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records of credit evaluations and decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify potential credit risks or deteriorating financial conditions.
  • Recommend credit limits and terms based on risk analysis.
  • Stay current with industry trends, economic conditions, and regulatory changes affecting credit risk.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
  • 3+ years of experience in credit analysis, preferably within the real estate industry.
  • Strong proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.
  • Familiarity with credit scoring systems and risk assessment tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
