Our company is seeking a skilled Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) professional to join our team as a Finance Analyst.

">Job Description:

The role of the Finance Analyst will involve providing financial planning, analysis, and reporting support to senior leaders and product-focused teams. This will include developing comprehensive business cases for new product initiatives, performing ad-hoc financial analyses, and managing and continuously improving financial models and reporting tools.

  • Support senior finance business partners in delivering financial planning, analysis, and reporting
  • Deliver actionable insights through analysis of key business drivers, variances, and trends
  • Assist in developing business cases for new product initiatives
  • Play an active role in budgeting and forecasting cycles
  • Compile and assess monthly financial commentary
  • Perform ad-hoc financial analyses to aid strategic decision-making
  • Manage and improve financial models and reporting tools
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in finance, with a bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. You will also need to possess advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and financial modeling. Experience using SAP and Power BI would be highly desirable.
