As a Remote Call Center Representative, you'll handle incoming inquiries, proactively reach out to existing customers, and promote new products and services all while delivering exceptional service.

Main responsibilities include handling inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently, resolving customer issues on the first call through effective problem-solving, researching and retrieving information across systems to support customer needs, accurately documenting interactions and process claims, guiding customers through options to find the best solutions, following established procedures while using available resources, protecting customer privacy and handling sensitive information appropriately, escalating complex issues to the appropriate team members, staying current with training, updates, and program knowledge, maintaining consistent attendance and adhering to scheduling requirements.

Requirements include prior experience in a call center environment, work-from-home expertise, strong command of the English language, typing speed of 20+ WPM, basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), familiarity with Windows operating systems, multitasking and self-management skills, excellent interpersonal skills.
