We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to fill the role of EDI Associate.

Job Description

The EDI Associate will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining EDI communications, ensuring uninterrupted data exchange with partners. This includes identifying, troubleshooting, and tracking EDI-related issues, collaborating with internal and external partners to achieve timely resolution.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing SPS Commerce, analyzing written materials and quantitative data, and working with logistics software systems. They will coordinate the setup of new EDI trading partners and document implementations, as well as recommend enhancements to systems and business processes to optimize EDI efficiency.

The EDI Associate will manage aspects of account setup, including generating web users and EDI, BOL, and carrier account numbers. They will communicate with clients, carriers, and internal teams to manage and resolve billing and rate discrepancies.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 2+ years of experience in Transportation Industry or Logistics field.
  • 1+ year of experience in Customer Service or related field.
  • Experience with EDI documents in retail industry such as 850 / 856 / 810 / 940 / 945.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
