The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing full-cycle accounting operations, including general ledger, financial statements, and month/year-end close. They will also be responsible for leading the preparation and review of tax returns (individual, corporate, partnership) ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee full-cycle accounting operations, including general ledger, financial statements, and month/year-end close.

  • Provide strategic financial advice to stakeholders based on thorough analysis and reporting.
  • Conduct financial audits, risk assessments, and internal controls evaluations.
  • Supervise and mentor junior accountants and staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.

Qualifications:

  • Active CPA license required.
  • 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including supervisory or leadership roles.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite, or similar platforms).
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • High integrity and commitment to accuracy and confidentiality.
