Job Overview

The Software Support Representative plays a crucial role in resolving computer software problems, including operating system and application issues. Their key responsibility is to investigate problems, identify their causes, and provide effective solutions to fix them.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers with software-related requests for help.
  • Determine the root cause of software problems.
  • Handle complex inquiries from customers and resolve their issues efficiently.
  • Utilize Customer Service tools to resolve customer complaints and schedule appointments using platforms like Salesforce, Advisor Admin, and Knowledge base.
  • Analyze software issues and suggest suitable solutions.
  • Test and implement solutions to resolve software problems promptly.
  • Report bugs and other technical issues to developers for further action.
  • Collect and document customer feedback to enhance processes and improve services.
  • Thoroughly document all software support activities.
  • Make quick decisions even with limited information available.
  • Regularly review work logs and customer feedback with supervisors and colleagues to identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintain effective communication and coordination with internal departments.
  • Collaborate with our development team to complete custom coding requests from clients.
Requirements:
  • At least 2+ years of experience as a Software Support Representative.
  • Bachelor's Degree holder or equivalent qualification.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Able to perform multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
  • Willingness to work on-site and flexible working hours, including night shifts.
