Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our global team as a Business Development Representative.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in growing our network of recruitment partners and driving student enrollment targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of recruitment agencies globally.
  • Source and sign new agents in strategic international markets.
  • Conduct business meetings and webinars with partners to drive applications.
  • Travel to industry events and key markets to establish and strengthen relationships.
  • Monitor agency performance and optimize conversion rates.
  • Track activities, leads, and commissions using CRM software.
  • Participate in weekly sales meetings and contribute ideas.
  • Provide occasional counseling support when required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, account management, or international recruitment.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and data-informed decision making.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (English fluency required).
  • Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets and growing accounts.
  • Organized, analytical, and goal-oriented mindset.
