At Visit.org, we're seeking a skilled Demand Generation Manager to spearhead our global lead sourcing initiatives. This role will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive strategy to identify, qualify, and convert high-quality leads into meaningful partnerships.

The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of success in lead generation, with expertise in utilizing CRM platforms, AI tools, and automation solutions to streamline workflows and improve targeting efficiency.

A key aspect of this role will be to partner with the VP of Supply to define KPIs, set performance targets, and lead the development of a strategic roadmap for scalable and sustainable lead generation growth.

In addition to these responsibilities, the successful candidate will be expected to design and maintain scalable, automated systems for lead sourcing, qualification, and conversion, ensuring end-to-end data integrity and global compliance.

Key skills and qualifications include:

  • 5+ years of experience in lead generation, partnerships, or business development, preferably in nonprofit, social impact, or international organizations
  • Strong experience using HubSpot and other CRM or lead management tools
  • Proven ability to manage and optimize tech-enabled systems for tracking and automation
  • Excellent analytical skills, with a data-driven mindset to optimize workflows
  • Ability to manage teams, including full-time staff and contractors, effectively
