Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Trainer to join our team.

Job Description
  • We are looking for a dedicated professional to lead the training program, providing guidance and support to agents within the classroom environment.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering effective training materials, utilizing creative techniques and adult learning methods to engage students.
  • This role requires strong presentation and facilitation skills, as well as the ability to monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and at least one year of relevant experience in training methodologies and soft skills. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and deliver training programs to ensure agents meet business needs.
  2. Maintain product knowledge by taking calls, attending meetings, and observing side-by-side with clients.
  3. Ensure effective communication with managers, peers, and other resource groups.

The selected candidate will participate in continuous learning culture and contribute to change management, product releases, and process improvements.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree with at least one year of relevant experience.
  • Proven experience in training methodologies and soft skills.
  • Strong communication and Microsoft Office skills.
  • Able to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
