You'll immerse yourself in learning science, translate insights into structured "Brain Lifts" that enhance both human and AI intelligence, and execute rapid product iterations until results speak for themselves.

What You Will Be Doing

• Develop and refine "Brain Lifts" - structured frameworks of expert knowledge that enhance our AI capabilities, inform strategic decisions, and demonstrate your growing domain mastery
• Implement weekly product improvements driven by data insights, continuously steering our platform toward measurable student success outcomes
• Cultivate comprehensive expertise in educational domains to enable more informed decisions, create tailored learning experiences, and communicate with credibility and authority
  

What You Won't Be Doing

• Overseeing traditional product roadmaps or dictating build specifications
• Taking a solution-first approach; instead, you'll prioritize domain expertise and deep user understanding before proposing solutions
• Engaging in lengthy development cycles; our rhythm is weekly iterations, not month-long feature builds
• Creating technical architectures or engineering solutions; your focus remains on outcomes, not implementation details
  

Basic Requirements
Head of AI Product Development key responsibilities

• 4+ years in product leadership positions where you personally crafted product vision and owned the fundamental problem-solution hypotheses
• Demonstrated success launching at least one complete product (beyond features or modules) that reached external users from inception through deployment
• Genuine enthusiasm for incorporating AI into your professional toolkit (for research, analysis, synthesis, or strategic planning)

Working with us
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
