Our approach combines 50+ years of learning science with data analytics and AI-powered coaching to deliver personalized instruction at scale. Students can learn more effectively, faster, and better – while having fun.

We're not just adding technology to an outdated system; we're creating a new one. The current education model caters to the average student in a one-size-fits-all setting. Our platform addresses this issue, providing students with tailored support to recover from learning loss or excel in AP exams.

Your Role
  • You'll develop Brain Lifts, a structured collection of profound insights from your domain expertise and customer understanding, aligning team members, LLMs, and decision-making processes.
  • You'll propel measurable outcomes through frequent, data-driven product iteration cycles targeting the Most Important Problem, delivering high-impact changes within a week, and measuring success with clear, objective metrics.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in a product leadership role where you shaped the product vision and owned the core problem-solution hypothesis.
  • Experience launching at least one successful product (beyond a feature or module) that reached real users (not internal tools) from inception to launch, achieving significant revenue growth.
  • Professional experience utilizing AI in daily tasks (e.g., research, analysis, synthesis, strategy).
